No update on paid up account

After a struggle with Percy Fulane to get account up to date and him not honoring the offer he had given me over the call. I was handed over by cell c to MBD. Eventually after so many calls and harassment from mbd I received an email from cell c's collections department to pay 489 and I did pay that on the 25 May 2022 however to date Cell c had not updated this on the credit beraue nor have they updated with MBD as I still get annoying sms's and calls even after paying off cell c.
