No update on account

<p>I had a contract with Cell C and unfortunately payments did not go well and my account was handed over. payment arrangements were made and I believe the account is now paid off. However, I am unable to confirm this as when I call I am given different numbers to call with no help. Can someone please help me so I can know for certain that the account is settled, PLEASE!!</p>
