My contract with cell c comes to an end in less than 2 months. I have lost my job 5 months ago and if Cell C checks their records they will see an unstable payment history due to the fact that I no longer receive a salary and that I am claiming from UIF which does not pay out on the same day every month hence the reason of requesting my debit order to be cancelled and cash payment to be made for the next 2 months. I occur bank charges for unpaid debit orders and Cell C charges me almost the same amount in unpaid fees as my normal payment to them. I do not have a retrenchment letter because of the "messy" situation of losing my job. It is only 2 months of cash payments I am asking for then you will be rid of me as a client. It's sad that businesses have no empathy for their clients. If Cell C is not willing to cancel my debit order would they then pay my unpaid debit order fees??
