No Ts and Cs

So a year ago, i took out the Pinnacle 150 contract. I get the 150 minutes, 150 sms', etc. I could use my phone freely and that was very convenient. But then i started noticing certain numbers i can't call. I just never thought much into it. So i decided to enquire today. Firstly, their call centre SUCKS, because unless you're bleeding from your eyes, you can't get through to an actual PERSON. I then contacted them via Facebook and the guy started off quite nice which i appreciated. He told me that the 150 minutes cannot be used for "shared price" numbers and that i should BUY airtime in order for me to call those kind of numbers. I asked him to then send me the Ts and Cs of the Pinnacle contract that shows this. He keeps sending me links to pages that does not confirm what he is saying. My point is... why am i paying the R350 per month if i can't use my phone freely and then have to over and above that payment still BUY airtime to use my phone? Also, where does it show that that is explained in the contract when it gets offered to me?

Good morning Janine

As per the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement,” Inclusive benefits” meaning any voice minutes/SMSs/MMSs/data that is included as part of the agreement and for which no extra charges are owed by you. These benefits are only for local use on local South African networks.

Therefore, you cannot call numbers such as 0800 / 0860 / 0861 with your inclusive minutes.
