No trace of the my accounts in the Recoveries Dept

My 5 lines have been closed due to falling behind with payments. I contacted the call center and they advised me to contact *** , upon doing so they told me that my account is not with them and I should contact Pre EDC on ***. Pre EDC does not have my account , they used my ID number and contact number to no avail? Can someone tell me who has my account so that I can make payment arrangements? Your response will be highly appreciated as i am not willing to contact any of the above until I know who has my account. I do not have a number to be contacted on except my work telephone number or my email address that you guys have access to.
