No Top Up On Top Up Contract

7 Months since upgrade on my TOP UP contract and after numerous attempts and calls I still can't top up on my TOP UP contract I have to call to get it done and pay a HIGHER PRICE as to adverti*****t. Useless service and a useless service provider!
