No title for a disgusting, immoral and blatant disregard of customers
How is it possible for a huge corporate company to be so useless that this is my third or even possibly 4th one star rating for the same issue. I am unable to log onto my app and therefore cannot manage my billing which you CAN NEVER get right. I will be investing the Consumer Protection Act and the cancelation of a contract due to your mismanagement and unfair charges made by whatever thumb suck amount you pull out of your pocket on a monthly basis. Your agents go silent when I challenge their knowledge. Your disgusting treatment of customers who simply want the benefits that they pay for is unacceptable. I want any further communication regarding my multiple issues conducted via email and with 1 allocated person, as I want a paper trial of my issues for when my early cancelation with no charges comes into effect.
