No Timeous Response When Trying To Blacklist Phone

Called Cell C customer to try blacklist my phone, and I was told that the system was offline and they could not assist in Blacklisting the phone, tried again later and this time I was told that the system is giving an error and I must go to the shop and I will spend the equivalent time as I did on the phone and I would be able to get the ITC number in order to report at the police station.<br> Now I went to Cell C store and filled a form, only to be told that no I wont be getting the ITC number up until they have processed, all I got was a reference number to follow up. Been following up and I am told they are within their 48 Hours time frame, why am I getting different stories? When do I get my ITC number? Why does it take sooooo long? Such slow bad service may prejudice my claim should I claim from insurance... I am a working person why should I wait for Monday? When do I go to the police station? This is a complete waste and bad service and I am not happy!!
