NO TCF APP****
Do not fall for Mr. Mohamed's(KZN branch) upgrade smooth talking, I require his conversations on the recorded line be reviewed and feedback provided. On a recorded line he was looking at the stock list received and confirmed the upgrade phone I was enquiring on, was in stock and ready for delivery the following day. He even searched the colors of the specific phone on the stock list and noted it is available. In terms of working in a financial institution I would like to know: 1. How was i treated fairly? 2. How was the product he sold me- which is not in stock- suitable? 3. Were clear information given to me? 4. Was suitable advise provided, knowingly how he **** to me. 5. Has the sold product by the agent outperformed my expectations? 6. And lastly- big big mess to get hold of their department or management- so DEFINITIE post sales barriers. DID THIS CALL COMPLY WITH THE FSCA TCF RULING

30 Jan 2025, 13:20Note you have the ID incorrectly noted down, i spoke with several agents and they confirmed the upgrade has gone through and i will send the email confirmation received as well, however with regards to the incorrect advice given, i need answers ASAP!!! I do not want this done internally- you need to provide me with the outcome as i am the paying customer who was treated unfairly in terms of TCF as per FSCA.

He called me from a call center number *** to *** at 11h01 first call, second call at 11h40. With two follow up calls yesterday at 08h57 to check if i did the Debi check. Tuesday he promised delivery of the phone yesterday and yesterday he said it will be today- those are blatant lies and not inline with honesty and integrity.... now you also need to tell me how and when i will get my phone as promised and watch.
