No Surance

<p>I have put in a claim for my cellphoen that was ******. I have paid the excess and have now been waiting a month for my phone. </p> <p>I called to follow up and the consultant i spoke to said that my claim was only just approved the friday before, and that was 2 weeks AFTER my inital confirmation of my phone. I have since asked for a Manager to call me and NO ONE has called me to date! Nor have i received my Phone!!!</p> <p>We pay exorbitant amounts of excess and monthly fees and get a **** service- CONSTANTLY!!!!!</p> <p>I have tried calling for the past week and the call cemntre just rings and rings and rings! its the most frustrating feeling!</p> <p>And no one actually cares. And no one knows what the hell they doing there and there is obviously no management either!</p> <p>This is ridiculous!</p>
