No support when a loved one pass away

After being contract holder at Cell C for many years, my hubby passed away. I've contacted the Agents that usually assists us in new contracts and hand sets. Explaining my predicament as my hubby was the account holder, now his account will be closed and I needed to do the right thing to report and ask about the contract and the financial implications it will have on me as a widow. To my shock after numerous enquiries by the agents involved they tried their very best to assist, they could only suggest that I as widow either buy off my late husbands handset, then continue with the contract on my phone. Or I can simply change our data sets to way smaller. i.e. paying for both phones as if my hubby is still alive. Very disturbing, Cell C does not care about your loss. I will not recommend anybody to take out a contract with them.
