no support from cell c
it has been over 5 months of sending documents to cell c so they can investigate and get back to me. an account was **********ly opened in my name and I have sent all the required documentation cell c has requested many many times and they always give me the same answer that they are investigating and will get back to me in less than a week,from April till now Aug It has been almost 5 months and I keep calling them and they ask me to send documents every time. I am depressed and angry,this account is affecting my credit and I can't do anything anymore.

09 Aug 2020, 13:41Today is women's day Cell C ,please do the right thing. All I need is that copy of contract which was approved without my knowledge and the
letter confirming that the account was opened **********ly and is now closed. If you request that I send an affidavit,ID and statement one more time I will scream because that is what I have been doing since April. This is quite depressing and disheartening and is forcing me to go a legal route now. One of your consultants approved an ccount **********ly and I need to know who and what you will do about that also,how am I going to be compensated for my emotional trauma/distress you have put me through?
