No stock on phones (Everyone else has stock.)
Horrible Service, No stock on phones.
Cant get a upgrade completed, Waited 30 days no update nothing phones to check status they cannot give me any update. I cancelled this upgrade as I can walk in to almost any Vodacom and MTN they have the phones in stock. My contract has already come to an end but on top of the 30 days I have waited already I have to wait another 30 days before I can go to another provider. Thanks for the great customer service no wonder your company is failing. Get stock for your customers it is beyond ridiculous.
