No stock on advertised produckts

I want to get my son a Cell contract for his birthday with Cell C. All our contracts are with them and I am very happy with their service.<br> <br> However the phone we are looking at, Samsung Galaxy Trend Neo is not available anywhere in Bellville area and no one seems to know when they will have stock of this phone.<br> <br> Why go on a advertise run if you don't even have the product.
