No Stock of no phones

hi I was at cellc as I am eligible for upgrade, I was at westgate, key west, Clearwater cresta and cradlestone, I first went to upgrade to the LG leon and nobody had stock then I wanted to upgrade to the G3 beat and no one had stock and now on your first day your booklet is out for this month I want to upgrade to the G4 Beat that is one of the nice promotions in your booklet and no one has stock, its pathetic and it is FALSE ADVERTISING how can nobody have stock on the 1st day that the new promotions come out, all they have is the normal G4 they want to smeer the most expensive phone of on you as I want the G4 BEAT but no success, wasting my money time and petrol for Cell C's False advertising and who will be paying that? me? I want the G4 BEAT and CELL C can come deliver it to me TODAY my upgrade number is ***
