No stock of advertised phone P8 lite

My wife has been to Cell C carnival mall, Cell C lakeside and East gate cell c. All 3 stores had not had stock of the phone for several weeks since the special started. My wife even phoned Cell C direct to order the phone as she was due for an upgrade. On both occasions of phoning Cell C direct she was told that there was no stock. How can Cell C advertise a phone and not have stock of it in any stores and even at its head office as well. <br> My wife has been with Cell C for +- 8 years and its really poor service that we are now getting from Cell C.
