No stock of advertised goods

Good day, I called Cell C direct on 3 May to upgrade, I asked for the blue Samsung A52 and and the retention agent told me to rather take the black one as it is difficult to get the blue one. I was told it takes 5 -7 working days for delivery. Last week Monday the 10th of May I phoned again to follow up on the delivery, and I was told that they do not have stock. Now my problem that I have is that the retention agent did not disclose to me that there is no stock. I was told on the 10th of May that as soon as they get stock I will get my upgrade and that it can take up to 3 weeks. I phoned again on Monday the 17th of May and still no stock. How can you advertise phones in your booklet if you do not have stock Cell C, why can no one give a straight answer and why don't you follow up with Samsung as to why you haven't received stock yet?I mean how long does it take to get stock from Samsung, it is impossible at this day and age for delivery of stock to take this long. I must mention that I have emailed customer care about this issue and the next day I received an sms to say it was resolved and that I must reply to rate the service and if I am happy, to this day I haven't received a phone call from Cell C with regards to this issue, but it's been resolved. Bull****. I want answers as I have been a Loyal customer of Cell C since their launch in SA in 2001.
