NO Stock, NO feedback, 15 calls made thus Far!!!!!

I upgraded my contract on 07.07.2015. Was told it would take 2 days for my samsung S6 to arrive.<br> <br> I had to call Cell C every day to follow up only to find out the initial order was cancelled due to no wireless chargers available. i confirmed i accept the normal charger. Cell C confirmed they have stock and it would be released.<br> <br> It is now the 14.07.2015 and i am still waiting and received another B.S story from Cell C stating the initial order was cancelled and now they need to reprocess the first application.<br> I called 6 times today with no luck.<br> Needed to redo the application AGAIN. ***!!!<br> YOUR CONSULTANTS ARE IDIOTS, THE ONE HAND DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER DOES.<br> Cell C you are a headache in my life...im leaving for overseas soon and need the phone before i leave. The most recent consultant i spoke to gave me a ref number ***. What for i dont know. <br> Nobody gets to back me!!!<br> <br> After being transferred from pillar to post, calls being cut and no one being able to help me no one has still called me back.<br> <br> your service needs serious attention, you deduct my payments every month with no issues but when service is required you FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL F
