No Stock for weeks 3

So this will be my 3rd review on the same issue. After almost 2 months I can happily say that I have received the 2 phones and both contracts have been upgraded. BUT I am still waiting for the 2 powerbanks that was promoted with the phones so not sure how many months I will havr to wait for it. Also, last week I app**** for a new contract for a pocket router and 40gb per month. The consultant advised me I will receive it by Monday but have not heard anything yet. Please can be get this sorted out once and for all as I am getting so tired of writing these negative reviews weekly
