No stock for weeks 2

So after 2 months still I have received only 1 of the 2 phones I have been upgraded to and still I have no idea where the 2nd phone is or when I am going to receive it. Still just my 1 contract has been updated and still I have not received a single powerbank as advertised. Cell c is beyond pathetic and I will definitley not recommend them to my worst enemy. They do not care about their customers or not even customer care. I have been writing on hello peter and complaining via a 1000 calls to them and each and every time the consultants says they will call me back asap with a solution but obviously they never do. I need this sorted out by the end of this week and I need the second phone, second contact and 2 powerbanks as I have been trying to get it out of cell c since 1 September!!!!!! I need a solution to this never ending problem as this is not acceptable at all!!!
