No stock for upgrade!?

I qualify for an upgrade on one of my three accounts with Cell C. Visiting the Wonderpark branch was a disappointment, all of Cell C to be exact! No stock of my requested upgrade package, at any store in Pretoria!<br> The bundle in question is Huawei P8 Lite + T1 7\ Tablet
