No stock for iPhone 11 128GB for the past 2 Months

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Cell C Mall of Africa branch regarding my upgrade to an iPhone 11 128GB. I have been nothing but a loyal customer of Cell C since year 2008(11 years). My contract was due for an upgrade and I upgraded to an iPhone 11 128GB as advertised with premium value of R879pm on SEPTEMBER promotion booklet. It has been over 2 Months and I have not received the phone or getting a mere feedback about the stock over the past 2 Months .I had to contact the store continuously to get an update regarding the stock and the feedback was still the same that they have not received the stock.I called Cell C Mall of Africa branch today (2019/11/28) and I spoke to a consultant by the name PATRICK MOKGOSI who was very rude and not helpful with my frustration for the past 2 Months with them.I am told that once they receive the stock(iPhone 128GB) then the SEPTEMBER booklet will not be applicable anymore because they have a new booklet for November so the price might not be what I app**** for around SEPTEMBER. I waited for 2 months to be told this BullS***?I will take this further if I had to,that can not be fair to the customer at all.How is it my issue that you advertised phones that are out of stock?.I have had it with Cellc... Hi Katlego

Was your upgrade processed and you were waiting on stock? If so, we have not received stock as yet but we can assist with an alternative.

I filled up the forms and I was told I do qualify to get the upgrade but unfortunately they do not have stock currently and they might receive it the following week.I have no idea on how I will know if it was processed.

If it was processed you would receive a reference number, may we have your ID number to check.

Cellc is the worst provider you can ever be on. I got a call from one of their consultant regarding my request but they are telling me something I know already. What was the point for a call? So a consultant Anna from Mall of Africa did not do her job during my visit around September and now I have to suffer because of it. I never thought I will ever go to another network but this was the last straw. Anna who works for Cell Mall of Africa says how can she ever process the contract if they do not have stock and Cell C people says she was suppose to process the contract to make it valid. Why was I constantly calling them and never got this information because no one told me/explain to me that my contract is not processed or never processed?
