No stock for 20gb promo

I logged a complaint on the 19th of April for the 20gb data special for R99 with the Huawei E5573 LTE mifi pocket router. Derrick from your social media department contacted me and confirmed once Cell C receives stock he will get the sales department to complete the application. He called me sometime last week to say he will not be honouring the request. Natural I was angry and whilst stating I will not accept his answer he cut the call on me. Please listen to your record and I want the agreement to be honoured.
