No Stock? Cancelled Order
In October 2019 I app**** for a new phone (I am an existing Cell C customer) On the 24th of October I received an SMS to state that their may be a delay in delivery of my order due to popular demand. I phoned Cell C almost on a weekly basis - only to be told each week that they do not have stock of the phone that I had ordered (I-Phone 11) - but that they will be receiving stock "next week" - at which point they will dispatch my phone
I phoned again last week (4 December) and was informed by the consultant that they will no longer be getting stock in, so they have cancelled my contract and order. No other feedback has been provided

We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
The demand has been higher than anticipated and getting more stock has been slower than we had hoped. Is there perhaps any other device you could be interested in?

No - there is no other device that I would want.
The Phone that I ordered is available on all the other networks, as well as on the I Store.
I have been to other providers, and all have indicated that I can get the phone within 48 hours if I obtain a contract through them.
Why is Cell C not able to provide the I-Phone?
