NO STOCK

As a new client of Cell C I am absolutely appalled with the service! I ordered my devises on the 31st January 2022, its the 17th February and still no devises!! Almost 3 weeks later, its ridiculous. When I placed the order I was not told they did not have stock. How can you be without stock for 3 weeks?? Last week Thursday I was assured by Rendani from new lines section that I will definitely receive my devises this week Tuesday, that was a blatant lie. Today I was told they will have stock of the one devise next week and the other devise only by month end. This is unacceptable! It is not my fault you dont have stock, but still offer it to your customers. You should then offer other devises with the same specs and that you HAVE IN STOCK to your customers! As a first time client, NOT impressed
