No stock, and no feedback

I went into the Cell C store in N1 City 4 weeks ago now with the intention of upgrading my cellphone contract. I ordered the Huawei P8 lite, as they did not have the phone in stock. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks for them to get stock from the supplier. I have phoned numerous times to check whether they have stock yet (since it has been a lot longer than 2 weeks), and each time I get a snotty response from the staff saying no, they are waiting for stock and have no idea when they will receive any. I have not received any feedback from the store whatsoever, even though I have been told that I will be kept up to date. <br> The service is shocking, and the staff show a complete disregard for any customer satisfaction!!!!
