NO STOCK AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM CALL CENTER AGENTS

called cell c to request if they have stock off one of the handsets currently advertised in there July/Aug booklet, now to start this whole thing I went 2 weeks ago to East Rand Mall and they didn't have stock went back this pass Monday and the same story they took my details and will call when they have stock, Last year Dec 2014 i left my details for a handset i wanted to buy they still calling me back. today called new contracts and get this rude agent Mapule screaming in my ear they don't have stock when I requested to speak to a senior manager I was asked for what she already told me they don't have stock, if this is the type of customer service why the hell am I moving my business for MTN to this terrible network, no only are the call center staff rude, but the same apply s for the Cell C shops in the malls. its disgusting, Cell C needs to shape up if you want to play with the Big Boys, get some manners and pass that down to the \Call Center Agents""""
