No stock!!

I was contacted by Cell C for an early upgrade on my contract, i was told that i would receive my phone the next day but then after i completed the application i was then told it would take 3-7 working days. i had not heard anything about the delivery of the phone, so i phoned the upgrades department this morning, i was told that the do not have stock of this phone and cannot tell me when they will receive them. so therefore they cannot tell me when i will receive my phone. this is unprofessional! and unacceptable! Cell C needs to advise their customers of things like this. i need someone to contact me regarding this. I am even willing to go into a branch to collect the phone.
