no stock

i app**** for a contract phone over the phone with a guy named Sfiso/Sbusiso, the guy disappeared when we had to finalize things and then Rendani Radzilani took over the sale. everything was confirmed and i called her almost everyday asking when to expect the delivery. she kept on saying to me that the phone is at the validation department. today after more than 14 days i received only the sim card , i called cell c, i was spoke to Mohau who sounded like he was in bed and did not want to talk and he told me that they do not have the phone in stock. <br> why was i made to apply for a phone that cell c does not have? <br> Rendani said to me they only had the phone in black....was that a lie? is that how sales are made? <br> how many more days do i have to wait for the phone?<br> why wasn't i informed that you do not have the phone in stock when i called and asked about the delivery?<br> <br> <br> i am really not happy with the service<br>
