No Stock

I called cell c and upgraded on the 3rd of May – the phone I chose was a Samsung A32 not my first choice as the phone I wanted apparently is no more but cell c still advertise it on your site.

So anyways it is now the 20th of May and I still have not received my new phone but I am going to be billed for it and also cell c migrated me already to the new contract I chose.

I find it really annoying that when I called for the upgrade the lady did not tell me that there was no stock just like she informed me that I could not get my original phone any longer.

Also why is no one at cell c can tell a person when there is going to be stock and how much longer a person needs to wait.

I have been a customer with cell c for a while now and have 3 contracts with cell c and I feel that I should get decent answers to my questions and not always been told that no one knows when stock will arrive, I am paying for something I do not have and its extremely frustrating now, I have been patient for 3 weeks.
