No stock

good morning, I've upgraded with last week Wednesday, the agent told me that they don't have stock, but the handset will be delivered to Cell C shortly. I chose the Nokia Lumia 535. When I did a follow-up this week Tuesday I was told that they did not receive stock yet, but that the supplier delivers everyday..I did another follow-up this morning and spoke to 4 agents who all told me different stories. 1 half said that there is stock while the other half said that there's NO stock. Who is telling the truth???? So my solution was to cancel my contact with Cell C. Herewith the cancellation ref numbers: *** and ***. I had 4 contracts with Cell C over the years, this was my last contract with them ***. I cancelled the others also due to BAD service. Once again they delivered BAD service.
