No statements for nearly 2 years

<p>As I write this, I have not received a statement from cell C for 593 days! I have repeatedly called, left messages on their twitter pages, and face book pages. But I have not received a statement. I have numerous reference numbers etc. They just stopped posting them. When I renewed my contract I pointed out to them that I am not receiving my statements. They said I would have to pay extra to have my statements posted. i I said, sure. I am happy to pay for the postage. Yet I sttill have no statements and my account is debited every month. These are just some of the reference numbers: ***, ***, ***, ***, *** and ***. They phone me to check my address is right. We confirm that detail. Ido the security questions. That is all in order. But I do not receive my statements by post as I have requested. I get bills from Germany as well as my local municipality, so I definitely know that the post is working. But all these lovely promises, but no statement. Every time I complain some one says they want to phone me and we go through the same ******* of confirming my security details, checking my adress and then promising to send me my statements. Yet nothing arrives. You are billing me for itemized billing and postage according to what your call agents have told me over the phone. You are not posting therefore I am not receiving the itemised bills. In effect you, Cell C, if you are deducting itemised billing and postage costs from my account, then you are *****ing ie taking money from my account for a service you are not rendering. People who ***** are called ******* and are labelled ********* and if convicted have to serve jail time for their crimes. If I could give you no star on the rating I would.</p>
