NO STAR REVIEW!!!!

Cell C gives a damn about they clients Why no star review, one star is to much!!! I have trying to close a contract with Cell C, since the 4th of November 2020. This is absolutely ridiculous!! There is so many 084137 or 084135 or 084147 make your choice customer Service Centre numbers, but the one is more incapable than the other. Never has any call been transferd properly. Always been cut off. I've even phoned from a Cell C branch in Krugersdorp, there reply: in 48 hours someone will phone back. What a joke, the only time Cell C phones is to sell you a new contract...... YOU DONT GET IT IM STILL TRYING TO CANCEL A CONTRACT!!!! and wait, joke of the year, not April yet. They go and cansel 1st March the wrong contract, after confirm again and again with them which contract should be canceled. O and dont be fooled: this conversation will be record... ha-ha, I'm still waiting for those recordings as well... Cell C does not strive for the customer. They only want money and not willing to assist. And that they are keep on taking after several calls to cansel a contract. I'm am shocked how at cell c treat they clients. To think cell c will allow there staff to ignore clients. They are the worst! Cell C you never wait for me to pay my bills, why do I need to wait? I want this matter resolved asap. Question is how???
