No solutions

I'm having a bad experience with cell c company, they are busy harassing me claiming that I'm owing them. They reported my name to different attorneys, and when I provide the proof of payment they telling me that Cell c knows nothing about it. I tried to reach customer care so many times but they always saying my matter is been handling by debt collectors department but they don't have their contact nor email. It's been 5 months now and it's affecting my credit score, please I'm tired of this treatment.
