NO SOLUTION TO BEING MISLEAD INTO A CONTRACT AND NO FEEDBACK AT ALL FROM INCAPABLE STAFF.

<p>I have done a upgrade on my contract via the Cell C call centre upgrades department,i was not told that i cannot use the AIRTIME,and NOT MINUTES,airtime means Rand Value as in the pre paid airtime one can buy,to purchase DATA,and i ahev taken the Samsung S7 edge,not some low end contract,only to find out on my own,that i cannot use the airtime that i pay for on my contract tp purchase DATA bundles,i called the call centre a month ago and logged a complaint,and i have been calling into the call centre for over a month now with no resolution,but on cell C side my issue has been resolved,with whom i do not know,as nothing has been resolved with me,the customer,when ever i request to listen to the call of the upgrade sale between the agent and I,the call is always not available,i am now sick and tired of calling into the call centre,and i am going to seek assistance from the OMBUDSMAN and legal court,as no matter who i speak to in the CELL C call centre,all of whom i have spoken to thus far,seem uneduacted and have NO clue of what is happening,and to make things more frustrating you keep getting passed on from one person to the next,and noone seems to take ownership of the issue at hand.</p>
