No Sim Swap after 4 Days!!! And no help at all!!

On the 17 July I received my new phone after i upgraded, since then me and my sister have been struggling to do a sim swap to the new sim card!<br> <br> For 10 Years if been a customer of Cell C and this is how they treat me!<br> <br> I went to Cell C Canal Walk to do my Sim Swap but they told me they can't do it and I have to phone 084145 and they will help me.<br> <br> My sister phoned Cell C to do the sim swap for me and then they told her they will phone her back, then after 2 days a woman that can't even speak proper English phones me at 7:05am and ask me am I Joanna (That sound more like Cornando what is my name) so I say yes and she ask me how am I and I said I'm tired, because its so early, then she says its about the sim swap and what is my number so I give her my number and she asks me what is my full name and there I become confused and she asks me is this Joanna speaking I say no and I ask her but I can give her my details and she can do the sim swap and at that moment she tells me this is ***** and she is now going to block the number and I need to go to a Cell c shop to do this now! *** so I phone customer Care and the woman ends the call because she doesn't want me to talk to the manager!!
