No signal when it is needed

Every single time there is loadshedding i lose absolutely all signal on my cell c network, nothing on it works at all, this is an issue that has been presant since the start of this stuff and nothing is being done to try and rectify it, i an see the tower and i know it is a cell c tower as i have worked for mnt and vodacom om their towers before, the whole eloffsdal x13 and roseville area goes down and drive litterally 5 min away to eloffsdal itself and there is full signal, this tower is well secured but they just dont care about their customers in this area, it is annoying and when you want to report on their website you have to jump through 10 000 hoops
