no signal no service

I'm so disappointed in cell C.2 weeks I reported a problem with no feedback after I placed a complaint on hello peter they phoned me a technician came to my house to test signal he picked up that there's a signal problem. Cell C still haven't phone back or got a solution for the signal issue I pay for a service that I don't receive I stay is a residential area with NO Signal totally irritating and breach of contract
