No Signal For 11 Days Now!!!

The last time my tablet updated was on the 18/07/2015 at around midnight. <br> <br> I complained about this twice now and nothing has happened. I was phoned and told there is a 'disturbance' close my house that was causing the problem. I work in Potch, where I also live, in Klerksdorp and Parys and no where do I get any signal, when I pointed this out the guy that phoned me got all rude telling me I never mentioned that I travel a lot and that they only checked around my address, but no one ever asked me about an area where I use the stupid thing. <br> <br> I've tried restarting it but nothing. Even before the 18th I struggled with signal, but at least I could send and receive emails never getting any LTE or even 3G on some days, this is after all why I got the tablet in the first place was for my work.<br> <br> This must be fixed or I want out, sorry hey, I'm not paying for something that I don't have.<br> <br>
