NO SIGNAL BUT STILL HAVE TO PAY CONTRACT

Hi, We have been complaining about this problem for the last 6 weeks without any luck. Everyone promises that the tower will be repaired within 2 weeks, every 2 weeks. The tower is number 6171 on the farm Rooigom. We are staying on a farm and especially took out Cell C because of the tower in close proximity and strong signal. The red light on the tower that warns airplanes is also out of order. This is a security issue for us, if we need to call SAPD or the farm protection services we will not be able to make this call. We also have to pay for a contract that we cannot use. You are in breach of contract for not supplying a service, and we have to keep on paying??
