No signal and no resolution

I have spoken to customer care numerous times and received a reference number to resolve my signal issue. Customer care does not bother to call you back. I was informed that the tower that I am using is overcommitted. It will however be upgraded somewhere in 2018. Calls are dropped, people cant get hold of me and the internet is not working. I can not use my phone or do business until the tower is upgraded!!!!!!!!! somewhere in 2018..
