no signal

It is now 14months that i have poor signal. i complain by you before but they cant get hold of my poor or nothing signal. The only thing i want is my money back for the wifi router i bay in 2013 he is new becsuse i cant use it because their is no signal i want a appointment with the CEO i want my money back nothing eld. i am busy to bay a car through internet a spesial i can not even open my attachments how can i full in the forms I just wanted my money back that all nobody have to call me anf tell me the technical team will get hold of me and plaeae dont send me the settings I just want my money back that is all sms me and tell me the money is at the cell c shop thats all i want to hear
