No show of phone

I purchased a phone (huawei p30 lite) online 05 May, but up until today I still have not received the device. I followed up and was told that the device should have been delivered 15 May but the delivery van was hijacked and that they are going to put through the order again and the device to be delivered week of 15 June. No deliveries. Followed up again to be told again that the delivery was indeed hijacked but now they are waiting on a letter from the delivery people in order to put the order through??? Really Cell C??? I keep on following up but all I’m getting is that they are awaiting feedback from the delivery people regarding the letter. Can this be sorted.
