No service, will lose client!

Good day, An agent from Cell C phoned your company last night and said a technician would be sent out, and Mr van Heerden responded that there are about 3 areas that the technician would have to go to in this regard. He was then put on hold, the call was dropped by the agent and Mr van Heerden was then asked to rate the service. The matter has still not been resolved. I will be escalating the matter on Mr van Heerden's behalf, as he is still unable to use the phone and service he is paying for 2 Months. Respond urgently. Without prejudice or judicial prosecution, Taryn Drazek (pp. For Mr G.van Heerden: ********** 192084. Cell C number: ********** 609) ------ Original message------ From: Taryn Mariana Date: Thu, 29 Sep 2016 10:59 To: ********** ********** ********** ********** Cc: ********** Subject:URGENT! Unresolved issue! No service. Att: Cell C To whom it may concern, Mr George van Heerden, has been struggling with his network coverage on his contract of ONLY 2 months. He has attempted to contact Cell C on numerous occasions, when he has had coverage obviously. He was even promised that someone would address the matter and phone him, which never happened. Perhaps this person didn't have network coverage either if they are a Cell C customer. I have personally assisted him repeatedly with trying to choose another form of coverage and adapt relevant settings, to no avail. Your company is breaching the contract that you have signed with Mr van Heerden, which is a ridiculously unprofessional and inefficient service in ONLY 2 months. This in effect means that should he decide to terminate this contract, then he is not liable for cancellation fees nor any outstanding fees. The lack of network coverage means that important (even vital) phonecalls, e-mails and messages related to personal and family matters, work and business matters. Kindly contact Mr George van Heerden via my e-mail address and cc to his, in writing. HE CURRENTLY HAS NO NETWORK YET AGAIN SO HOW CAN YOUR COMPANY gain ACCESS to your supposed client. Please do not allow the matter to be escalated to the involvement of other parties or authorities. Cell C us not providing the service as stated in the contract. Thus being a violation of the Consumer Protection Act. Respond urgently. Without prejudice or judicial prosecution, Taryn Drazek (pp. For Mr G.van Heerden: ********** 192084. Cell C number: ********** 609)
