No service what so ever

Firstly i app**** for a phone mid January 2016, it took them 3 weeks to sort it out and only got it done when the new deals were launched.<br> <br> Then i received a faulty phone and i get pushed from department to department on the help line. i got a faulty phone with me and i am trying to get them to sort it out but i get no help what so ever.<br> They have to be the worst network in South Africa and i advise people not to join their network as you get no after sale service.<br> <br> Pathetic network and pathetic staff<br> <br> So will not get a cent from me
