NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!

1. THIS CONTRACT NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED as per my conversation on the 11/04/2019 ref *** and ND***5 - from NuDebt! and now a company MDB ***

2. Please find all relevant documentation that was required on my part! ( I attached this to the email sent. Cell C have not investigated this issue what so ever and I am still getting sms and phone calls that NOW I owe more money. I have sent an affidavit from the SAPS, proof of res. my ID .

I NEED A RESPONSE ABOUT THIS AS all this was send in APRIL, this is unacceptable in every way.

I have phoned twice today and waited 19min each call, I unfortunately will try again, later as I am hoping someone will email me back, please don’t call as I am away and only available on mail. Please cc my *** in your reply.

Dear Sir/Madam

Below please see email that I sent to Nerissa on 12 April with still NO RESPONSE, today I have received an sms from Cell C stating that I've been handed over for an amount of R547.90 for this account.

I'm getting very frustrated with Cell C, on the 8/11/2018 I came into your store explaining that I got a call from your legal department for the said Cell Number ***. I explained to one of your ladies at the desk the problem and she promised me that she will sort it out. I REQUESTED A CALL RECORDING and to this date I have not received anything.

I have never opened another contract with you.

I'm a pensioner and one cell phone is enough for me.

I've spoken to you at the store as well as have phoned your call centre on numerous accounts.

I URGENTLY NEED ATTENTION WITH THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY PLEASE
