NO SERVICE TO CLAIM BADDD!!!!!

C Surance after complaining and cell c store trying to help nothing has come from my complaint expect that they took my money again and excess fee plus I am insured for a Blackberry but want to replace it with the cheapest Samsung on the market. No service since taking my excess fee. To me this C-surance really just want to make money never want to pay out your claims as this is my 2nde attempt and bad service.
