no service provided yet rude to client

I was contacted by the collections department for non payment. I have explained to 3 different consultants that the router that i was sent had no coverage and cellc arranged to collect the equipment. I have been debited all these months for an item that i dont have.. Now they phone me being rude for non payment. They are unable to understand that they have the router not me.. I want a competent person to contact me to sort out this problem unlike the last 3 people that do nothing. How embarrasing for a big corporate company to be so useless!!!
