No service or accountability

<p>My father passed away in November 2016. I visited numerous stores and was sent from pillar to post in a bid to cancel his contract and have the number switched to prepaid. After submitting everything via email and still have no response come forth, I called the 084143 number and spoke to Tshepo who proceeded to cancel the contract and deactivate the number completely. That was not the intention and since the line went dead whilst i was still speaking to him, i frantically tried to get hold of him to clarify that the number must still be available on prepaid. Several excuses later and after making numerous other phone calls, I spoke to Eureka on the 30/12/2016 at 11:26 who assured me that she will send an email to retain the number and it will be activated by latest 4/01/2016. To date nothing has happend, I've spoken to a Rose, Smangele, and referred to legal where no one answers the phone. I need this resolve asap. Most of my father's relatives has that number and my mom is so distraught because everything else is linked to that number. I am sick and tired of being send from pillar to post and to hang on from my landline for hours whilst nothing is done. This is still a very emotional time for my family and Cell C has only contributed to make things worse! Please resolve this and give proper feedbac****! </p>
