NO SERVICE ONLY EMPTY PROMISES !!

On Thursday 4 July 2015 i went to the Cell C Branch in Rosebank to do an Upgrade on my Contract. I decided to take the IPhone 6 Plus in Gold which they had no stock of so then a Special Order were made and i got told if i dont get the Phone on Friday 5 July it will be on Monday 8 July.. I phoned on Monday to find out if phone is ready for collection i got the excuse of that the orders still havint arrived on got Promised by the Manager of the Rosebank Branch that i can collect the phone on Tuesday 9 July at 14:00.<br> <br> I phone in the Morning to Confirm the Collection of the phone at 14:00<br> and then AGAIN i got the same EXCUSE by the Manager that the Stock has still not been Picked up to get delivered to the store...<br> <br> <br> So Empty Promises made im waiting and waiting and NO Phone !!!!<br> As a customer this is unacceptable i will NOT wait and waste my time with this Useless Service Provider<br> Seriously Thinking of not extending my Contract with CELL C ! <br> <br> I was PROMISED to get my Phone today i WANT it TODAY !!!<br> <br> <br> <br>
